The indoor pool was a fantastic way to unwind after a busy day.
The shower pressure was disappointingly low, making it hard to enjoy a proper rinse.

Our group vacation was a blast! We loved the chill atmosphere and easy access to the sandy beach. We also explored nearby Godshill and Ventnor, which were stunning. The breakfast was really good—definitely try the fresh coffee! The staff were friendly and helpful.
We were disappointed when we found out the pool was closed for kids' swimming lessons during the day, which we didn’t expect.

I truly appreciated the warm atmosphere and friendly staff at Channel View Hotel. The dining area was bright and welcoming, and the indoor pool was a delight for a refreshing swim, especially for those of us seeking relaxation.
Better accessibility options for seniors could enhance comfort.

missingWrote a review on 03 Augreservation issues
We faced issues with our room reservations upon arrival, as the hotel didn't have the two rooms we had booked months in advance. Wi-Fi in the bedrooms was either weak or completely absent, which made accessing online files challenging. Our view from a Classic Twin Room was disappointingly obstructed by a decrepit car park instead of the anticipated ocean view. The heating in our room struggled to keep up with the cooler temperatures, making the nights less comfortable. We felt a bit rushed during checkout as housekeeping knocked and entered prematurely, and despite promises, our charger left behind went missing. no resolution or compensation was offered.

Lovely stay with a view!
We spent 4 nights in a classic double room and it was just perfect. The sea view was amazing, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was delicious, especially with the dining room overlooking the ocean. Only wished the Wi-Fi was a bit better, though. All in all, a great spot for a relaxing getaway!

Clean and cozy stay!
The staff were super friendly and always ready to help, which was awesome! The food was really good, especially the cooked breakfast (yummm! ). The only bummer was the noise from the ballroom. it was kinda loud at night. I'd totally recommend it!

The bedding and towels in the single room were immaculately clean, which made for a decent start. The hotel provided a fan that really helped manage the unbearable heat. once I adjusted it, the airflow improved noticeably.
The worn appearance of the room gave it a bit of an outdated vibe, which might not be everybody's cup of tea. Even with the fan, the temperature remained uncomfortable due to the lack of air conditioning, leaving the windows permanently open didn't quite cut it for me. the pool was uninviting enough that I decided to skip it altogether, instead opting for an early night while other guests enjoyed their evening activities. It was a bit disappointing to find that my room was smaller and less welcoming than on a previous visit, especially since we paid the same price as friends who scored a much nicer room.
